Statement Red Fox Fine Art is located in the historic village of Middleburg, Virginia on the second floor of the Red Fox Inn. With over thirty-five years of experience, the gallery specializes in important animal and sporting art and sculpture. Turner Reuter, the owner, acquired his first sporting painting in 1968, and after college in 1972, began dealing privately until 1979, when he opened Red Fox Fine Art to the public. His soon-to-be published reference work, "A History of Animal and Sporting Art in America, 1650 -1950," includes over 2,300 biographies and 400 illustrations and reflects his expertise and commitment to the field. The gallery also buys and sells all schools of American, English and European paintings and sculpture from 1650 to 1950.
