Statement
LewAllen Contemporary is a premier gallery of contemporary art located in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The gallery has been in continual operation for more than 30 years. With 11,000 square feet of museum-like exhibition space, the gallery has earned a reputation nationally and internationally for representing some of the nation's most renowned living painters and sculptors alongside some of the best emerging talent.

The gallery features work in a variety of media, and its artists represent many schools of contemporary art, ranging from photorealism to minimal color field work. Though the gallery primarily handles painting and sculpture, it also represents artists working in glass, ceramics, tapestry, photography, jewelry, and works on paper.

Some 15-20 major solo and group exhibitions are staged each year. The gallery has a large following among corporations, public art spaces, leading museums and prominent collectors in whose collections the work of its represented artists appears.
